Doctor Who returns with a two-episode premiere next Friday on Disney+ and the TARDIS has materialised at Disneyland Resort ahead of the new series starring Ncuti Gatwa (Doctor Who) and Millie Gibson (Ruby Sunday). Gatwa and Gibson recently appeared on Good Morning America (GMA).
The BBC and Disney have a storied history. I vividly remember Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor presenting Disney Time ending in a link to Terror of the Zygons.
With the creative partnership between the BBC and Disney, the TARDIS doors have been opened for future theme park collaborations.
Doctor Who season one premieres 11th May on BBC One and BBC iPlayer and 10th May on Disney+ outside the UK and Ireland. That's so timey-wimey.
